New types of 'assignments'
In this update, 5 new types of tasks have been created.
These will all be visible in the task overview in the menu:
1) Live. order no. – car supplier
When a commercial vehicle tender goes to ‘Order’… then a task is made for the supplier of the car, who must ensure that everyone gets a “unique ID” (Lev. order no.) on the case as soon as possible, which can be referred to if there are questions.
2) 'ETA - Country' must be completed by the car supplier
After the other updates this week, where the supplier of the car was “forced” to fill in ‘ETA – Country’, in future ‘ETA – Country’ should always be filled in when a Leasing offer was put in ‘In tender’. But on existing ‘In tender’ cases, this task will ensure that the car supplier is asked to fill in the field on older cases.
3) 'Live. live date' must be completed by the car supplier
In the same way as in 2, this task ensures that the car supplier is reminded to fill in the just added field.
4) 'ETA - Country' - changes give a task - which can be marked 'Handled'
All changes to this field on the Commercial vehicle tender lead to a reminder task for everyone who participates in the tender – incl. The leasing company, if there is also a leasing offer on the case.
